Senior Cadet Fire Academy, known as SCFA, is a program within our organization that aims to prepare cadets for career placement.  SCFA is exclusively for seniors in high school that have decided to pursue a career in the fire service. These cadets are placed through a mock fire academy and are trained mirroring the Firefighter I/II curriculum.

Cadets that have dedicated their time and effort into this sub-program have excelled in their academics and skills in Fire Academy. Our Cadets often are competing against others with much more experience and time but with the tools and knowledge that we are able to provide to them, they are standing on an even level coming out of high school.
